The Role As we scale our UK sportsbook and casino, we’re hiring a Safer Gambling Manager to own our safer gambling function end to end, reporting to our Compliance Manager. This is an all encompassing role: you’ll set the strategy for player protection, lead the team handling customer interactions and interventions, and make sure we remain fully compliant with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) requirements as the business grows.  This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on responsibility, cares deeply about customer wellbeing, and wants to build a function within a fast-paced startup. This is a hybrid working setup and will require you to work a few days a week either in our Leeds Office or Malta Office (St Julian's), dependent on where you are based.
