No prior iGaming experience is required, sales experience and the right attitude are what matter most. You’ll be joining a dynamic, startup-style environment where initiative, accountability, and strong communication are highly valued. You will; • Build, manage, and grow B2B relationships with affiliate and operator partners • Support account performance and assist with onboarding and day-to-day account management • Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong partner satisfaction • Participate in industry events and meetings when required Skills & Requirements: • Strong communication and negotiation skills, sales-oriented, reliable, and highly motivated • Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory. • Startup mentality with a “can-do” / hands-on attitude • Must be based in Malta – open to applicants requiring a work permit.
