Summary The RSG Administrator provides administrative and customer service support to stores and internal partners by managing and following up on Service Orders, coordinating tasks within the Retail Service Group, and ensuring processes meet business and technical standards. This role supports inventory control, SAP transactions, and continuous quality improvements while liaising with vendors and workshops to maintain product and service quality. Responsibilities • Manage, prioritize, communicate, and follow up on Service Orders for stores and other locations. • Establish timelines and coordinate technical resources to meet creative and business standards and ensure repeatable processes. • Serve as liaison between the department, stores, vendors, and suppliers to maintain open communication and execution capabilities. • Maintain inventory control and ensure key product/process dates are met; handle SAP tasks including article creation, purchase orders, transfers, and subcontractor processes. • Monitor jewelry manufacturing and watch repair practices, ensure use of parts and components align with standards, and flag manufacturing or quality issues. • Coordinate technical training with vendors and ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are maintained and handled per safety procedures. Requirements • High school diploma required. • Minimum 5 years experience in jewelry repairs and 3+ years of customer service experience; experience with 18K gold and platinum preferred. • Knowledge of jewelry making and watch repair processes and market pricing for stones and metals. • Experience with SAP and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem solving skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
