RESPONSIBILITES: • Cook dishes according to recipes and develop new food selections in conjunction with the sous chef and executive chef • Keep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnished • Ensure mise- en -place is in sufficient quantities for the day’s requirements • Properly store   and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste • Completed daily inventories • Assist   servers during busy times • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous   cooking experience   required • Able to stand for   long periods   of time and lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs.
