This is a key role within our dynamic team, offering the opportunity to assist in routing strategies and ensure high-quality message delivery to our global customers. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives Monitor and analyze SMS traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive data analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery Maintain and build relationships with international carriers and SMS partners Stay informed on evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices in A2P messaging and routing Be part of the routing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
