As a Route Packer, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packing materials to be sent out for delivery, all while enjoying a consistent schedule. Key factors for success in this role include a positive attitude, attention to detail, and focus. A typical day includes: • Reading reports to determine necessary materials for delivery • Retrieving products • Staging the next day’s deliveries by filling baskets with materials (soaps, mats, uniforms, etc.) • Using a machine to roll mats of all sizes Let’s chat about the Route Packer position if you: • Are able to bend, lift, and twist consistently • Must be able to read, write and speak English • Don’t mind to workout that comes with lifting up to 40lbs • Enjoy working with your hands • Would rather be on your feet all day than behind a desk • Prefer a detailed process and a steady pace • Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day • Can pass a drug screen and background check We off Route Packers: • Full-time work (2pm-10:30pm) • A pay rate of $18.50/hr • $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI • Weekly pay and medical benefits • A bright, clean, and positive working environment • Team-oriented environment • A 90-day temp-to-hire role with the opportunity to be hired in with good attendance and productivity By submitting your application for this position, you are agreeing to receive communication from WSI, which may include calls, texts, and emails.
