The Rooms Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rooms division to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Coordinate room assignments and reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to maintain room quality and readiness. Manage room inventory and ensure efficient communication across departments. Handle guest requests and resolve any room-related issues promptly. Assist in training and supervising rooms division staff as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports relating to room status and availability. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Previous experience in a rooms coordination or front office role within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with hotel management software systems. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle guest concerns effectively. Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
