Your  responsibilities will include: • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard • Making beds, replacing linen, and replenishing guest amenities • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchenettes, and guest living areas • Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining hotel corridors and public spaces • Reporting maintenance issues and lost property • Ensuring housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean and fully stocked • Following health, safety, and hotel cleaning procedures • Working efficiently to achieve daily productivity and quality targets • Assisting with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as required About You To be successful in this role, you will: • Have a strong eye for detail and commitment to high cleaning standards • Take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences • Be physically fit and comfortable performing housekeeping duties throughout your shift • Have a positive, can-do attitude • Be reliable, punctual, and professionally presented • Work well independently and as part of a team • Have good communication skills • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, however full training will be provided to the right candidates.
