Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, field-based Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling . In this role, you will identify restoration opportunities, guide homeowners through the process (including insurance), and represent the RESIDE brand with professionalism and integrity. What You’ll Do Business Development & Prospecting • Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking • Identify high-potential properties and restoration opportunities • Engage homeowners and introduce RESIDE’s services Consultative Sales • Educate homeowners on restoration and improvement solutions • Build trust through consultative, needs-based conversations • Secure agreements and guide clients through the restoration process Project & Client Coordination • Assist homeowners through insurance claims and project timelines • Document property conditions and submit project details • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Relationship Building • Develop long-term relationships with homeowners and referral sources • Represent RESIDE with professionalism, integrity, and consistency Who Thrives in This Role • Highly competitive, goal-oriented individuals • “Hunters” who enjoy prospecting, pitching, and closing • Self-starters with strong work ethic and resilience • Individuals comfortable working independently in the field • Those motivated by uncapped income and growth opportunities Experience in sales, construction, real estate, or door-to-door is helpful—but not required.
