Job Title: Rock N Water Ambassador Department: Rock-N-Water Status: Part-Time 5-10hr/week Reports to: Camp Director                                                         Start & End Date: 8/1/2025 Overview The Rock N Water Ambassador role will work to further the mission of Rock N Water by connecting with and booking new churches, schools and other organizations in your specified region.  With this role you’ll actively seek and meet with potential groups face-to-face (or Facetime, Zoom, etc…) within a designated territory, building relationships, presenting camp options and closing sales. Essential Functions: • Identify potential groups through networking and market research • Schedule and conduct in person meetings with group leaders to discuss their needs and present custom camp solutions • Manage sales process from lead generation to closing including follow up communication • Track sales performance providing regular updates to Director Additional Functions: • Attend marketing events from time to time as needed Major Competency Areas: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and on a team • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on excellence and time management • Strong interpersonal skills • Adaptability and resilience Qualifications: • Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and personal integrity, in both public and private settings • Experience working as an Adventure Guide for Rock N Water. 49er Fun experience is a plus. • Valid California Driver’s License
