  Design multi-agent&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;algorithms  &nbsp;for&nbsp;collaborative&nbsp;UAV&nbsp;behavior  &nbsp;  
 
  Develop&nbsp;decision-making&nbsp;and&nbsp;task&nbsp;allocation&nbsp;systems  &nbsp;  
 
  Implement&nbsp;collision&nbsp;avoidance&nbsp;and&nbsp;mission&nbsp;planning&nbsp;logic  &nbsp;  
 
  Build&nbsp;behavior&nbsp;trees&nbsp;/&nbsp;state&nbsp;machines&nbsp;/&nbsp;planners  &nbsp;for&nbsp;autonomous&nbsp;missions  &nbsp;  
 
  Integrate&nbsp;perception&nbsp;and&nbsp;sensor&nbsp;fusion&nbsp;outputs&nbsp;into&nbsp;actions  &nbsp;  
 
  Develop&nbsp;simulation&nbsp;environments  &nbsp;for&nbsp;large-scale&nbsp;autonomous&nbsp;testing  &nbsp;  
 
  Improve&nbsp;automation&nbsp;workflows  &nbsp;to&nbsp;reduce&nbsp;operator&nbsp;workload  &nbsp;  
 
  Collaborate&nbsp;closely&nbsp;with&nbsp;AI,&nbsp;perception, and&nbsp;hardware&nbsp;teams  &nbsp;  
 
 ✅  What you need to be successful:  
 
  Strong&nbsp;software&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;skills&nbsp;(C++&nbsp;required, Python&nbsp;highly&nbsp;useful)  &nbsp;  
  Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;robotics&nbsp;middleware&nbsp;(ROS/ROS2&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar)  &nbsp;  
  Background in&nbsp;robotics,&nbsp;computer&nbsp;science,&nbsp;or&nbsp;AI-driven&nbsp;systems  &nbsp;  
  Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms  &nbsp;  
  Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;autonomous&nbsp;robots&nbsp;or&nbsp;UAV&nbsp;systems  &nbsp;  
  Comfortable&nbsp;performing&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;testing&nbsp;and&nbsp;debugging&nbsp;in&nbsp;field&nbsp;environments,&nbsp;including&nbsp;challenging&nbsp;weather&nbsp;conditions&nbsp;and time-critical&nbsp;operational&nbsp;scenarios.  &nbsp;  
  Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;design&nbsp;scalable, maintainable&nbsp;software&nbsp;architectures  &nbsp;
