This is what your job will look like: As a robotic engineer, you will be part of our driven engineering team, where you will work together to develop high-quality software solutions. Your tasks will include: Develop, maintain, and improve robotic software using ROS2 Integrate and optimize navigation stacks, SLAM, and sensor fusion Build perception systems using Computer Vision (e.g., object detection, visual localization) Design and deploy Machine Learning models for robotic perception and autonomous decisionmaking Work hands-on with real robots: system integration, deployment, tuning, and performance optimization Contribute to robot control, localization, and path planning Participate in on-site testing and customer deployments across Belgium and the Netherlands That's why this job suits you: You are hands-on and have 3-5 years of experience and strong affinity with autonomous navigation, robotics, machine control or industrial automation Thorough knowledge of ROS2, C, C++, and Python Solid knowledge in majority of the following fields: Sensor fusion for state estimation and localization Control systems for robotics Path planning & Navigation (SLAM) Computer Vision and Machine Learning applied to robotics You’re comfortable working with hardware and in realworld field environments and experience bringing systems from prototype to reliable field deployment You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your work You have a valid EU driving license (for site testing and deployments) You can communicate fluently in English
