As our Executive Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency while empowering an interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class hospice care. You'll provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensure our patients, families, and employees receive the support they deserve.

🌟 Provide Visionary Leadership
Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the hospice agency.
Inspire and develop a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
Partner with organizational leadership to achieve agency goals and drive continuous improvement.

🩺 Oversee Clinical Excellence
Ensure the delivery of exceptional hospice care that aligns with regulatory and clinical standards.
Support interdisciplinary teams in providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Monitor quality metrics and implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and accreditation standards.

Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain exceptional clinical and operational talent.
Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Promote employee engagement while creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Foster collaboration across all disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.

Oversee agency budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of leadership or management experience in a hospice or home health setting.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
