Reporting to the Head of Risk, the Risk Oversight Manager plays a key role in providing independent second-line oversight across the business and supporting the ongoing development and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). Working closely with stakeholders across Somerset Bridge Group (SBG), the role is responsible for providing guidance, support, and constructive challenge to ensure key risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, managed, and reported. The Risk Oversight Manager will help promote a strong risk culture, support effective decision-making, and ensure risk management practices are embedded across the organisation.
