This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional with an initial experience in risk management who is keen to further develop their expertise within the investment management industry. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will contribute to the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of investment risks across a diverse range of asset classes while supporting the continuous enhancement of risk management frameworks and processes. Tasks : • Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key investment risks, including market, liquidity, operational, valuation, credit, and counterparty risks. • Participate in the risk oversight of various asset classes, including alternative investments and private market assets. • Contribute to the preparation of risk analyses and reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory purposes. • Assess investment portfolios against defined risk limits, investment guidelines, and risk profiles. • Support transaction reviews and provide risk-related input on investment opportunities. • Assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of risk management tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks. • Participate in quantitative and qualitative risk modelling projects. • Perform counterparty assessments and due diligence reviews. • Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the update of internal policies and procedures where required. • Conduct research on market developments, economic trends, and risk management best practices. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on risk-related matters and projects. Profile : • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of experience in risk management within financial services, asset management, consulting, audit, or a regulated environment. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Genuine interest in investment management, financial markets, and risk analysis. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities. • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. • Knowledge of risk management systems and tools is considered an advantage. • Programming or database skills (Python, VBA, SQL, or similar) are a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
