Job Description The RI Works Case Manager provides comprehensive case management and care coordination services to families participating in RI Works and Project Opportunity programs. This role focuses on helping participants achieve employment goals, increase self-sufficiency, and access critical community resources through personalized, goal-driven support and service planning Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, with remote work opportunities on Mondays and Fridays and community-based engagement throughout the week.
