RFIC / Analog-Mixed Signal IC Designer
We are seeking a RFIC / Analog-Mixed Signal IC Designer to join a growing IC design team working on next-generation high-performance silicon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in RF and mixed-signal circuit design, working alongside senior designers from concept through silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and simulation of RF and analog/mixed-signal circuits , such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, TIAs, ADC/DAC blocks, biasing and reference circuits
• Perform schematic design, simulation, and analysis (noise, linearity, stability, PVT, Monte Carlo)
• Support layout review and parasitic-aware simulation in collaboration with layout engineers
• Participate in chip bring-up, lab measurements, and silicon debug
• Document designs, simulation results, and measurement data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and test
Required Qualifications
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and RF principles
• Familiarity with CMOS/BiCMOS technologies
• Experience with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, or similar)
• Understanding of device physics, noise, matching, and stability concepts
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
