Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at the Courtyard Marriott Mount Pleasant and the Residence Inn Mount Pleasant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel management and the hospitality industry. The Hotel Revenue Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals. Responsibilities • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels. • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make informed pricing decisions. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives. • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on revenue performance for senior management. • Supervise the reservations team to ensure high standards of guest relations and service delivery. • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on revenue management principles and practices. • Utilize various software tools for forecasting and reporting purposes. • Maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
