Salary : $16.00 / hour Apply today to join our team at our Providence Place location! This position is seasonal, with an end date of 12/31/2026. Key Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed sales goals • Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.) • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases. • Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed • Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol • Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run • Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers • Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions • Assist with special projects as assigned by management Requirements : • High School Diploma or GED • Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing Part time/Seasonal requirements: • Minimum of 12 hours per week • Availability on weekends , with religious exemptions considered • Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period (12/19-12/31 -- we are closed on Christmas Day) The Company is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not ask candidates for their current or past salary.
