Role Overview Retail professionals apply retail management, supervisory, and loss-prevention expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems understand real-world retail tasks, language, and decision making. Key Responsibilities • Use your retail experience to develop industry-specific prompts and tasks that reflect real retail workflows. • Evaluate large language model responses for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to retail best practices. • Provide clear, actionable feedback that helps train and refine AI behavior for retail scenarios. • Work independently on asynchronous assignments that simulate day-to-day retail work. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following or similar roles: First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers, Retail Supervisor, Department Supervisor, Front End Supervisor, Store Supervisor, General and Operations Managers, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Private Detectives and Investigators, Loss Prevention Investigator, Asset Protection Investigator, Private Detective, Store Detective. • Comfortable performing primarily asynchronous work and communicating findings in writing. Work Terms • Location: Remote, asynchronous work you can complete from anywhere. • Employment type: Part-time. • Flexible hours with no minimum weekly commitment required. • Project placement is dependent on project availability; projects open periodically throughout the year. Compensation • Up to $65/hr (depending on the project) Eligibility • F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm whether a particular project meets your school requirements. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement. • STEM OPT is not supported.
