Summary The Retail Learning Coach at The Landmark executes Tiffany & Co.'s retail learning strategy to elevate client experience, selling ceremony, product knowledge, and brand behaviors across the store team. This role partners with Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, and Retail Learning to design, deliver, and reinforce training, coaching, and onboarding. The Coach maintains a strong sales floor presence to observe performance, provide feedback, and drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators. Responsibilities • Execute and roll out retail training initiatives and learning programs aligned to business priorities. • Observe floor interactions, monitor retail behaviors, and provide coaching and feedback to Client Advisors and managers. • Organize and facilitate onboarding, induction, and ongoing learning sessions with subject matter experts and store leaders. • Use metrics, KPIs, and post-training assessments to measure learning effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Ensure consistent demonstration of brand standards, grooming, etiquette, and store presentation on the sales floor. Requirements • Minimum 7 years of retail training/coaching experience, preferably within a luxury brand or service environment. • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels. • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives. • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, coaching ability, and a growth mindset to develop teams. • Proven ability to leverage business insights and KPIs to drive performance. • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events as business needs require.
