Summary
The Retail Learning and Communication Platform Lead will launch, manage, and evolve a brand learning and communication platform for retail partners, translating luxury brand standards into accessible learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, digital platform administration, and brand storytelling to elevate retail partner knowledge, confidence, and performance. The lead will drive platform adoption and produce analytics to inform content and engagement strategy.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end administration of the learning platform including configuration, user provisioning, enrollment management, course publishing, and reporting.
• Customize the platform UI and experience to align with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
• Design, develop, and produce e-learning modules, microlearning, video assets, and interactive resources using authoring tools.
• Create and manage engagement content for announcements, campaigns, contests, and recognition to drive adoption.
• Onboard and support retail partners, deliver virtual and in-person training, and serve as primary technical contact for users.
• Manage user lifecycles, maintain SOPs and governance documents, and track learning KPIs and monthly dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, L&D, Marketing, and vendors to scope and quality-assure platform deliverables and launch activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in learning and development, instructional design, or digital learning platform management with a portfolio of digital content.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Yoobic preferred; Docebo, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors considered).
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Genially, or Canva.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
