We're looking for enthusiastic and personable Retail Assistants to join the team for an exciting customer-facing event with one of the world's most iconic music brands at a renowned London destination. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique retail experience, engaging with music fans and visitors while representing a globally recognised brand. The Role As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key part in creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll be welcoming customers, assisting with purchases, answering product queries and ensuring the retail space remains well-stocked, organised and inviting throughout the day. Key Responsibilities • Deliver a friendly, engaging and memorable customer experience. • Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations. • Process sales accurately through the till system. • Replenish stock and maintain high visual merchandising standards. • Keep the store clean, organised and presentation-ready. • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the event runs smoothly. About You • Passionate about music and creating great customer experiences. • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role. • Confident communicating with a wide range of customers. • Proactive, reliable and happy working in a fast-paced environment. • Available to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts. • Previous experience working in a record store or music retail environment would be a real advantage, but isn't essential.
