Retail Assistant/ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist) Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours:20 Hours per week VPZ are the market-leading vape and e-cig retailer in the UK. With over 150 stores across the country, and continuing to expand across the UK, we're now looking for someone special to join us in VPZ Newport Think you're up for the challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team in VPZ Newport. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years old or older. What you’ll be doing: • Provide excellent customer care & advice • Cash Handling • Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately • Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service • Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store Experience you’ll bring: • Experience in a customer facing environment • The ability to build rapport communicate effectively • Friendly and welcoming personality • Willingness to learn What we can offer: VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh.
