Description
A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced Restorative Dentists to provide comprehensive restorative and aesthetic dental care. The successful candidates will diagnose, plan, and deliver high-quality treatments for patients with complex dental needs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage restorative and complex dental conditions. Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Perform restorative procedures including direct and indirect restorations. Manage dental caries, tooth wear, fractured teeth, and compromised dentition. Perform aesthetic and minimally invasive restorative treatments. Provide crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and other restorative procedures as appropriate. Manage complex cases in collaboration with specialists such as endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons. Assess treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care. Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent dental degree. Postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry / Operative Dentistry / Conservative Dentistry or a relevant recognized specialty. Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level. Strong experience in complex restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Experience with advanced restorative techniques and digital dentistry is an advantage. Excellent clinical judgment, treatment-planning, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
