• Restoration Church (Bryan) Residency Restoration Ministry Residency The Restoration Ministry Residency is designed to give recent college graduates practical, hands-on ministry experience while creating value for Restoration Church Bryan. Through this opportunity, Restoration’s residents will commit to deepening their walk with Christ, growing in Biblical and theological understanding, helping in their area of ministry, and engaging in life-on-life discipleship with other growing believers within the church. Ultimately, this residency position is designed not as an on-ramp to becoming a full-time Restoration staff member, but rather to spur on and launch each resident wherever the Lord leads them next. Application Process • Phase 1 - Application (click apply to start!) • Have your resume and references prepared • Phase 2 - Ministry Assessment • You will receive an email with your ministry assessment questions after your application is reviewed • NOTE: You will not be able to save your answers in between sections. Please set aside an hour to do this assessment • Phase 3 - Local Interview • An interview will be done by your local supervision based on your ministry application and assessment
