SWOT Hospitality is seeking to hire a Restaurant Supervisor for Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa About the role: As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a productive environment for staff while enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff, ensuring all service standards and guest satisfaction metrics are met. Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding menu offerings, special requests, and food presentation to ensure quality and timely service. Assist in training and developing the restaurant team, providing guidance and support for staff to achieve excellence in service. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and dining flow to optimize the guest experience. Address guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Greek and English. Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work atmosphere. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
