Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organised Restaurant Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our restaurant outlets. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations across all locations by coordinating suppliers, handling operational requests, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong working relationships Follow through on maintenance requests and coordinate repairs when required Provide operational support across outlets to ensure smooth daily functioning Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required Travel between outlets when necessary to support operational needs Requirements: Valid driving licence and own transport are required Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and respond efficiently to urgent situations Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is considered an asset Key Attributes: Flexible and hands-on approach Reliable and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work well under pressure Must possess a valid driving license in Malta
