Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, brand compliance, and events. This role plays a key part in new store openings, special events, and operational rollouts, working closely with operations, HR, and brand teams to support business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Outlet Operations
• Supervise and support operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Creates SOPs and brand standards and ensure all outlets to comply
• Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance checks
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
Team Supervision & Support
• Guide and support Team Leaders and Operations Lead in daily operations.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and deployment across locations
• Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members
• Act as a point of escalation for operational issues
New Store Openings
• Support pre-opening activities including readiness checks, staffing, and training
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during store launch phases
• Ensure new outlets are operationally compliant from day one
• Provide post-opening support to stabilize operations
Events & Special Projects
• Oversee operational planning and execution for events and pop-ups
• Ensure manpower, logistics, and operational requirements are met
• Monitor event performance and address issues in real time
• Prepare post-event reports and improvement plans
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, cost control, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Support implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives
• Assist in incident management and resolution
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management
• Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams
• Support senior management with operational insights and recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of operations experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets
• Strong exposure to new store openings and events
• Knowledge of operational SOPs, food safety, and health & safety standards
