The candidate should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.   The candidate reports to Restaurant Manager. Main Duties & Responsabilities: Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive first impression; Manage restaurant reservations efficiently, using reservation systems, and handle walk-in guests professionally; Accompany guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and considering special requests;     Effectively communicate with the service team, kitchen, and management regarding guest flow, special requests, and any potential issues; Handle guest inquiries and special requests with grace and efficiency, resolving minor issues promptly or escalating as necessary; Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup; Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, upholding Belmond's commitment to luxury hospitality.
