The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include: • Taking accurate food and beverage orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations • Ensuring prompt and courteous service of food and beverages, maintaining consistent high standards of quality and presentation • Upselling and suggesting additional items or beverages to enhance the guest experience • Clear and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests • Ensure the dining areas remain clean and tidy before, during, and after service • Ensure all service sta
