• Residential Surveyor - Basingstoke • £45,000 - £55,000 plus package An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join a growing and well-regarded firm delivering high-quality residential surveying services. The patch will be dependent on the surveyor but they are looking for someone to cover North Hampshire, Reading/Berkshire or Guildford/Surrey. The role offers a strong pipeline of work, professional autonomy and the support of an established brand. You’ll be responsible for delivering RICS Level 2 & 3 Home Surveys and Red Book valuations, working independently while maintaining high professional standards. Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Building Surveyor: • Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys • Carrying out RICS Red Book valuations (non-lender) • Producing clear, accurate and well-structured reports • Managing your own workload and diary efficiently • Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner • Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and CPD requirements Skills & Experience of the Residential Building Surveyor: • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified • Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 surveys • Experience undertaking Red Book valuations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confident working independently • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle • RICS Registered Valuer desirable but not essential Salary & Benefits: • £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (pro rata) • Car allowance • Commission structure • Company pension • Flexible and supportive working environment • Strong pipeline of work and autonomy Apply Now: For more information, please contact Andrew Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now Know someone suitable?
