Location: Near Barnham Salary: £15.38 hourly rate. Hours: 7am – 7pm on a 2-week rolling rota Additional: Optional sleep-in shifts paid at an additional £70 per sleep-in About We are excited to be working with an established company who are opening new children’s home near Barnham. The home will provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for a young person in a solo placement. This home has been specifically designed to support a young person with mental health and emotional wellbeing needs who requires a highly individualised placement where they can live safely on their own. The aim of the placement is to provide stability, consistency, and therapeutic support to help the young person progress toward moving into a more permanent home environment in the future. The Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping the young person feel safe, valued, and supported each day. You will build positive relationships, provide emotional support, encourage independence, and help create a calm and structured home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, compassionate, and passionate about making a genuine difference in a young person’s life.
