Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with our without notice. • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential buildings, including wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. • Interpret and follow blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and compliance with safety regulations. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment to determine the appropriate course of action. • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. • Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and coordinate electrical installations and repairs. • Safely use a variety of tools and equipment, such as power drills, wire cutters, multimeters, and conduit benders. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that work is conducted in a safe manner and that appropriate protective measures are taken. • Keep abreast of industry developments, electrical code changes, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Procure customer payment • Submit required documents, photos, etc either electronically or hard copy • Drive Company vehicle to Company assigned locations to obtain required parts and materials Requirements Qualifications: Valid electrician license (or equivalent experience, depending on state requirements) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-minded approach with the ability to educate customers without pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We’re Looking For: Someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems A dependable team player who supports coworkers and company goals A professional who is motivated to grow their skills and income Ability to balance technical expertise with customer satisfaction and sales opportunities What We Offer: • Competitive pay plus performance-based incentives • Ongoing training and career development • Supportive team environment • Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401K Company Matching
