Residential Property - St Albans Overview This Legal 500 rated commercial firm has a rare opportunity in their residential real estate team. This is a role for an Associate or Senior Associate and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop or advance their career within a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and work-life balance. Responsibilities • Manage and progress residential transactions from instruction to completion including acting for landlord and tenant, buyer and seller on sales and purchases, development, investment work, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, wayleaves, options, overage, lease extension matters, re finance and transfers of equity • Reviewing case files • Liaising with clients and stakeholders • Drafting and reviewing legal documents • Writing articles and attending marketing events • Lead with arranging training for the team and input at departmental meetings • Support junior solicitors and paralegals About you • Qualified Solicitor with 5-7 years' PQE in residential property • Proven track record in the full range of residential real estate transactions • Excellent legal technical knowledge and commitment to continuous professional development • Client focussed and commercially aware • Work efficiently and accurately under pressure • Experience of working autonomously You will be part of a very supportive team where your input is valued, and collaboration is encouraged.
