Residential Property Solicitor We are a well-established and reputable solicitors’ firm with a strong presence in the local property market. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-established, friendly and supportive team in Holt. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of legal advice and client care. Location : 12 Kerridge Way, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6DN Salary : Competitive, plus benefits Hours : Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2 – 3 days in office Key Responsibilities: • Handling a varied residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Dealing with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions • Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors • Ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements • Maintaining excellent levels of client service and communication Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property. • Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A proactive and client-focused approach • Experience using case management systems (desirable) • A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach.
