Residential Property Solicitor Stratford Upon Avon £45K - £55K Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for a stand alone Conveyancer to join their busy Property team in Stratford Upon Avon The Role • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload of sales and purchases from instruction to completion. • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and HM Land Registry. • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and CQS standards. • Support the Head of Conveyancing with complex matters when required. • Contribute to business development and maintain excellent client service. About You • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or experienced Conveyancer • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload. • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML regulations. • Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills. • Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable).
