We have an opportunity for you to join a growing and ambitious law firm, in Ulverston, where your career can thrive. With several offices across the UK, our client offers you the opportunity to build a rewarding legal career in a collaborative and supportive environment. They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or conveyancing professional to join their team in Ulverston, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established property team within a growing full-service law firm. Their Ulverston office advises clients across South Cumbria, including Barrow-in-Furness, the Furness Peninsula and the wider Lake District. The role You will manage your own varied residential property caseload, handling transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Your work will include a broad mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, working closely with clients, estate agents and other professionals throughout the transaction. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships within the local property market and play an active role in the continued growth of our property team. For the right candidate, they would also consider a hybrid role covering both residential and commercial property work. About you • Qualified solicitor (NQ+ PQE), licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancing executive. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • Experience using a case management system.
