x1 FTE Lifewise Residential Mental Health & Addictions Rotorua Support Worker (24/7 Service)- Lifewise Rotorua Rotorua Residential Mental Health & Addictions We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our 24/7 Residential Mental Health & Addictions Service in a full-time (x1 FTE – 40hrs per week) position. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside people on their recovery journey, supporting them to build independence, wellbeing, and meaningful connections. As part of our residential team, you will provide daily support, structure, and guidance, working collaboratively with residents to achieve their personal goals. This position operates within a rostered 24/7 service, requiring flexibility to work across a range of shifts including weekends and nights.
