Requirements
• Required: 3-5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
• S-2 (Heating, Piping & Cooling Unlimited) or D-2 (Heating, Piping & Cooling Limited) License is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated experience in leading an installation crew or acting as a working Foreman.
• Strong technical knowledge of all residential HVAC system components and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with technology, including using an iPad and company smartphone for daily job management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Responsibilities and Expectations
• Lead and manage the on-site installation of residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems.
• Ensure all installations adhere strictly to local codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Act as the technical expert and point of contact, resolving on-site installation challenges and providing guidance to junior crew members.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Project Manager, office staff, and the customer regarding job progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure the company vehicle is stocked, organized, and properly maintained.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone for job documentation, time tracking, and professional communication.
• Complete all job-related paperwork, including closeout documents and warranty information, accurately and promptly.
