The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician with oil service experience to join our growing team. This individual will diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems — with a special emphasis on oil-fired furnaces, boilers, and burners. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides exceptional customer experiences, and thrives in a supportive, family-like culture.
What You’ll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems (oil, gas, and electric).
• Perform oil burner cleanings, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot and replace components such as motors, igniters, pumps, and controls.
• Perform annual maintenance and efficiency checks on oil-fired boilers and furnaces.
• Present repair or replacement options with honesty and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls in ServiceTitan.
• Uphold Binsky Home Service’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices and new technologies.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment.
What You Bring
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Oil Burner Technician Certification or equivalent field experience (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience (oil systems preferred)
• Working knowledge of combustion analysis, flue venting, and fuel delivery systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customer homes
