Seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team! -- Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians Proficiency with all of the following: Refrigerant handling High & low voltage wiring Ductwork Sheet metal fabrication California building code Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
