Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary (DOE & location) • Enhanced holiday allowance • Private healthcare & life assurance • Clear progression and development pathways • Ongoing training and qualification support • Modern offices with supportive team culture The Role – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions • Transfers of equity and property adjustments • New build, shared ownership and Help to Buy • Probate-related property sales The firm offers strong administrative support and efficient systems to ensure manageable caseloads and high service levels.
