Legal Vacancy - Residential Conveyancer Aspinall Wright, Glossop, are hiring for an exciting new role within the Residential Conveyancing Department. We are CQS and LEXCEL Practice Management accredited. The position will be on a permanent, full-time basis based in Glossop. This is a full-time hybrid role, if preferred. We understand that work/life balance is important and flexible working arrangement will be available for the right candidate. Aspinall Wright have a modern case management and technical support systems. We have a relaxed office culture and team ethic throughout the business. The ideal candidate must have considerable case handling experience in all areas of residential property. This must include excellent attention to detail, strong legal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to manage your own case load and provide support and supervision to colleagues in the team. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, agents and work colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner. Requirements: • A thorough understanding of property law and the conveyancing process • Complete knowledge of CQS and the ability to work within the Conveyancing Protocol • IT literate with typing skills • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to prioritise and manage your own time • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
