We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to join a nurturing and structured children’s residential home. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly supportive and child-focused team delivering positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. What You’ll Do: • Support the day-to-day care, routines and emotional wellbeing of young people aged 8–17 • Build positive, trusting relationships to help young people feel safe, secure and supported • Promote independence, confidence, and positive decision-making • Work closely with the wider team to deliver care plans and achieve developmental goals • Engage in activities, outings and daily routines that promote fun, structure and stability Shift Pattern: • A mix of early and late shifts • No sleep-ins required • Full-time hours over a rolling rota Benefits: • Company pension • Employee discount • Referral programme About You: • Previous experience in a residential childcare or similar setting • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) is highly desirable • Strong communication, empathy and resilience • A calm and consistent approach to behaviour that challenges • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children • A valid UK right to work indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship (required) Why Apply? • Join a passionate and experienced team • Opportunities for training and career development • A rewarding role where your impact is truly valued Apply today and be part of something meaningful.
