Benefits: • Free uniforms • Opportunity for advancement • Training & development RESTORATION TECHNICIAN / CONSTRUCTION LABORER Starting at $19.00 per hour Higher starting pay may be available based on experience. weDRY Restoration is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position involving water-damage cleanup, demolition, cleaning, and property restoration. Previous restoration or construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn. What We Offer • Starting pay of $19.00 per hour or more based on experience • Opportunities for advancement • Employer-paid IICRC training and certification • Additional bonuses for after-hours emergency calls • Paid sick leave in accordance with Michigan ESTA • All tools and safety equipment provided • Company vehicles and fuel provided for travel to job sites • Opportunities to learn valuable restoration and construction skills Job Responsibilities • Extract water and remove damaged building materials • Remove drywall, insulation, flooring, baseboards, and trim • Assist with light demolition using power and hand tools • Detach cabinets, vanities, sinks, toilets, appliances, and fixtures as directed • Safely cap water lines and other connections when trained and authorized • Perform detailed cleaning using HEPA vacuums and other professional equipment • Set up and operate restoration equipment • Wear required personal protective equipment • Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders • Keep job sites, tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized The Right Person for This Position • Is dependable and arrives ready to work • Is comfortable performing physical, hands-on work • Can follow instructions and work well with a team • Is willing to work in different environments, including basements, crawlspaces, and attics • Is willing to learn new skills and pursue industry certifications • Understands that restoration schedules may occasionally include evenings, weekends, or emergency calls This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the restoration and construction industry—not just find another temporary labor job.
