Option to split your employment time: • Family Medicine Residency Program Director • Residency Faculty • Family Medicine outpatient practice • Option to have schedule of 4 days a week or 5 days a week Position offers: • Base salary • Quality bonus • Flexibility to choose appointment template Located just 40 miles north of Madison, Wisconsin in the scenic community of Baraboo, WI.
