Are you looking for an exciting adventure in the hospitality industry? DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join our team as a Booking Success Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of surprises, you have come to the right place! What will your responsibilities be? You will start with a brief immersion in our operational departments to understand how things work on the ground, including Group Operations Success, Banqueting and Front Office. You will then join the Booking Success department, where you will handle individual reservations as well as group and meeting sales. You will respond to guest enquiries with a smile and ensure they receive outstanding service, whether by email, over the phone or during hotel visits. You will work closely with the Sales team to boost revenue and maximise occupancy across our guest rooms and meeting spaces. And, of course, you will help implement successful sales strategies! What does your ideal profile look like? You are studying Hospitality Management or Business and have an internship agreement for a minimum of five months—the longer, the better! You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests. Dutch or any additional language is a plus! You are communicative and customer-service-oriented. You enjoy helping people and know how to remain calm, even in the busiest situations. You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face. Challenges do not scare you—on the contrary, they motivate you!
