Reservations Coordinator Location: Neston, Wirrall (On site) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Company Directors Company Background Our client is a growing alternative / serviced accommodation provider offering high-quality, fully-furnished apartments and homes for short, medium and long stays. They’ve been proud to do so for 26 years! Their mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence and attention to detail. As they continue to scale, they’re seeking an enthusiastic, proactive person to join their Reservations Team. About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Reservation Coordinator to join their growing business in the UK serviced accommodation sector. Working closely with the Reservations and Operations teams, you will assist in managing bookings, communicating with guests, coordinating property availability, and supporting the day-to-day running of their portfolio. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Reservations • Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms • Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and extensions • Ensure reservation information is accurate across all systems • Monitor occupancy levels and availability • Support with rate updates and availability management through their in house platform Guest Communication • Send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and departure information • Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries before, during, and after their stay • Escalate guest issues where appropriate while maintaining excellent customer service • Help gather guest feedback and reviews Operations Support • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and furnishing teams to ensure properties are guest-ready • Coordinate arrival and departure schedules • Assist in tracking property readiness and reporting any operational issues • Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks Administration • Maintain accurate records and booking documentation • Update internal systems and spreadsheets • Prepare daily reservation reports • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking where required • Ensure company procedures and data protection policies are followed About You Essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, AI LLM’s, and others • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable • Previous customer service or administration experience • Experience within hospitality, serviced accommodation, hotels, or property • Familiarity with online booking platforms • Experience using reservation or property management systems What Our Client Offers • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business • High level of exposure to senior leadership and strategic decisions • Collaborative and supportive team culture • An opportunity to grow a team in a high growth business
