Vestkantbadet åpnet i 1932 som et fristed for helse, velvære og nabolagsliv, tegnet av arkitektene Bjerke og Eliassen i art deco-stil. Etter fem år med møysommelig restaurering gjenåpnet badet i 2023 som en del av Sommerro, og er i dag et av Norges viktigste eksempler på art deco-interiør. Fra originale fliser og skiftekabinetter til Per Krohgs monumentale mosaikkvegg er alle detaljer bevart i den fredede Sommerro-bygningen. I dag tilbyr Vestkantbadet en moderne oase for ro og ettertanke, med basseng, kaldkulp, finsk sauna og IR-sauna, samt behandlingsrom med et bredt spekter av helse- og velværetilbud, inkludert kosmetiske behandlinger i samarbeid med LaserLegene. I resepsjonen finner du også et utvalg velværeprodukter, gaver og gavekort.Vestkantbadet har en eksklusiv medlemsklubb med tilgang til trening - og velvære fasiliteter.
